NATO was so obsessed with Putin that it missed everything else

Is the upcoming NATO summit even worth talking about?  Well, here is the Reuters analysis from yesterday, In shadow of Brexit, NATO considers Russian deterrence. There's also the attempt by some society of former intelligence professionals to talk Angela Merkel into standing up to the lunatics running NATO:
