(Reuters) Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in phone talks discussed normalization of the situation in the Syrian city of Aleppo, Russia’s foreign ministry said on Sunday.
Both diplomats tackled the work of United Nations Security Council regarding North Korea and some other bilateral issues, the statement added.
It said the talks took place on Saturday, without elaborating further.
