A time for mourning, soul-searching, and asking God's Grace

I'd planned to take time off and return to blogging on October 3, but the plan fell apart with a few stories I felt were urgently important to post, including breaking news about the mass murder in Las Vegas.  

And now that the 3rd is here, I don't feel like returning right away to a blogging routine, not in the wake of the 72 minutes of horror set off by the mass murderer. So, tentatively, I'll take off the rest of the week and maybe post something on the weekend.
