As to who Don DeBar is -- I never heard of the man before. It's what Scott has to say that's important.

Scott gets off a zinger toward the end, after he's finished talking about Bucha.  "Ukraine's a captured state.  That's the reality."  Captured by Nazis with American and European help.  And Zelensky had the effrontery to evoke Winston Churchill in a speech.  (For readers who know nothing about World War Two, Churchill was anti-Nazi.)
