John Batchelor's deeply troubling look at the unfortunately named (or all too well-named) Troubled Assets Relief Program, TARP Titanic Boat Deck, causes me to wonder if Jim Sinclair has any takers yet on his one million dollar wager that gold will trade at USD $1650 before the second week of January 2011.
