A deafening silence on the US trade complaint against China

Pundita returned late and walked into a storm of emergency projects, so I won't have today's post up until 6:00 PM. However, I note that Blogger has scheduled a maintenance outage for this afternoon, so if the post isn't up on schedule, I'll post it at 8 AM tomorrow.

In the meantime, Dave Schuler has a jaw-dropping post at The Glittering Eye on the US trade rep's far-ranging complaint against China and the historic implications -- which have been ignored by the media.
[The] complaint accuses China of providing unfair tax breaks and other subsidies that benefit Chinese exporters and discriminate against their foreign competitors.
Dave explains why this is big news, so please be sure to read the post.

Regards to all,
Pundita
