Kilcullen on COIN
I was just visiting Mark Safranski's ZenPundit blog and saw he's finally able to squeeze in time to read David Kilcullen's The Accidental Guerrilla: Fighting Small Wars in the Midst of a Big One and comment. I haven't read the book yet but I found Mark's comments about “Persistent-Presence” vs. “Repetitive Raiding” to be very interesting.
