Did The Duran read too much into Putin's March 16 speech?

If The Duran has read the speech correctly, human society across the globe is looking at vast changes. 

Putin said a few things that could have considerable ramifications, but sll I know for certain is that I'm experiencing War Watching Fatigue. I'll listen to Putin's speech again this weekend when I'm not so tired.
