If I hear Shuja Nawaz, Director of the Council's South Asia Center, utter the words "What Pakistan needs..." one more time, I'm going to scream.
Why doesn't the Atlantic Council relocate from Washington to Brussels? They'd be so much happier there, at least until the USA is officially renamed "United States of NATO." Go, shoo, scat.
