Perhaps the cat didn't agree that Poland had become a secret services country
If you watch the video (below) you'll note the cat didn't start trying to get his attention until he began talking about the (Soviet) Communist secret services in Poland. With that mind I could almost hear the cat thinking, 'There he goes again.' July 7, 2018
A Polish historian and political scientist’s interview with a Dutch TV channel took an unexpected turn when his attention-seeking ginger cat got its own fifteen minutes of fame.
While Dr. Jerzy Targalski was reflecting on the political situation in Poland, his cat, called Lisio, was sitting on the table next to him – but apparently that wasn’t close enough for the affectionate pet, which then jumped onto its owner’s shoulder.
The cat didn't stop there but Targalski continued droning on.
