Still a fog of war situation. From a New Zealand website AFP is reporting on Twitter that there were no explosives found at the stadium. See the website for details.
It's almost a moot issue whether the bomb was just a scare. People in Europe are scared and very jumpy and for good reasons. I too am jumpy; I live in Washington. D.C. And the 9/11 attacks messed up my commuting route. To this day I don't hear a low-flying jet without freezing for a few seconds.
