"Pros Have the Power to Rebuild" The American way of responding to crisis

November 2019 - rebuilding a city devastated by 18 tornadoes. This video is actually an ad, the most inspiring one I've ever seen. Brings home that there is the Chinese way, and the American one. Both have their value.  The big difference is the Chinese way is the government mobilizing millions of citizens; here in the USA, the citizens don't need government to mobilize.  I have never forgotten that it was ordinary Americans who mustered a defense against the 9/11 attack while the U.S. government and its huge military stood helpless. 

The dual-power tools were donated, so rebuilding could go forward even without electricity.
