Has Mark Zuckerberg considered getting more sleep?

I grabbed all the above from Drudge Report's top story during the past hour. I'm not going to make time to read the articles; the link titles are pretty explanatory. But I was struck by the photograph of Mr Zuckerman's visage.

I think by now it's an established fact that many Americans aren't getting enough sleep, but recently the highly publicized actions of several high-profile Americans suggest widespread sleeplessness is quashing common sense in public and private spheres in the USA.

This is a problem.

We're humans, not machines, and humans need a regular cycle of light and darkness and at least 7 hours sleep, preferably during the dark cycle. Drugs and willpower can do only so much to help a person get around those laws of nature; sooner or later the consequences of routinely breaking the laws become evident in human thinking and actions.

But speaking of Silicon Valley overreach, Moon of Alabama has caught Microsoft with its hands in the cookie jar. See MoA's 8/21 report,"Microsoft Promotes Russia Scare To Gain Insider Access To Campaign Information."

The title is also explanatory, but I am making the time to read the details. Ah. I see Sputnik has a different emphasis while discussing the same story.
